TIME
If you are at your best in the morning, then use the dawn hours to cultivate your energy for the day. Devote yourself to study. Not in books but in energizing yourself through your breath and your focus.
If you are at your best later in the day, cultivate your energy then. Twilight, when day and night come into balance is a time to transition to a time of regeneration. The night is a time to retire from the cares of the day and rest.
How you use your time is completely within your control. I know, at times it doesn't seem so. We forget as we navigate throughout the day, meeting the needs of others and the daily demands of life.
Although you may feel you don't have enough of it, you still have power over your time. The key is to be nimble and flexible, and choose to manage your time with intention.
Find the time to cultivate yourself. Find the time to appreciate everything in your life, even if for just 5 minutes. It will be time well-spent.
